My Story
Becoming a father has been the single biggest event that's impacted my life in so many ways. It surfaced fears, showed me thoughts and beliefs that didn't serve me, and made me question what it really means to be a man.
More importantly, it's teaching me what it actually looks like to be present.
Because I'm now responsible for the humans I helped bring into this world, I've had to step up and become the best version of myself, so I can show them how to become the best versions of themselves.
And more than anything, I want to show you that you, as a father and a man, you are not alone in what you're dealing with.
